Commercial Use License

Every digital design purchased or claimed on YallGift includes a standard Commercial Use License crafted specifically to empower crafters, makers, small business owners, and Print-on-Demand (POD) creators.

Allowed Uses

Creating unlimited physical products for sale (t-shirts, tumblers, mugs, signs, stickers, prints, totes, apparel, etc.).
Using designs for physical Print-on-Demand (POD) manufacturing for your customers.
Personal craft, DIY, gifts, and home project creations.
Modifying colors, scaling sizes, or adding custom text to suit your physical product creations.

Prohibited Uses

Reselling, sub-licensing, sharing, or redistributing the original digital files (SVG, PNG, EPS, DXF) in any format.
Creating any digital end-products or digital downloads (e.g. digital stickers, wall art downloads, cliparts).
Claiming YallGift vector artwork or graphics as your own original digital design.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using YallGift, registering an account, verifying Etsy purchases, or downloading design assets, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Etsy Checkout & Order Verification

All financial checkouts and payment processing take place on our official Etsy storefront. Verified Etsy Order IDs or Transaction IDs can be verified on our Download Page to access high-quality files and claim loyalty reward points.

3. Digital Downloads & Refund Policy

Due to the immediate digital nature and instant file delivery of SVG, PNG, DXF, and EPS design files, all sales are final once files are accessed or claimed. Refunds or exchanges are not provided unless a file is verified to be technically corrupt and cannot be resolved by support.

4. YallGift Loyalty Rewards Program

Creating an account and verifying purchases earns loyalty points (+200 bonus points on claim/signup, points per download). Points are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be redeemed exclusively on YallGift for free design listings.

5. User Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (whether logging in via email/password or Google Single Sign-On) and for all actions taken under your account.

Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect minimal personal information necessary to deliver digital products and manage loyalty accounts:

Account Information: Name, email address, and profile settings when creating an account or signing in via Google SSO.
Etsy Verification Data: Etsy Receipt/Order IDs and Transaction IDs entered to claim downloads.
Activity Data: Saved favorites, download history, and accumulated loyalty points.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is strictly used to process instant downloads, sync purchased designs to your account, manage your loyalty reward points balance, provide customer support, and prevent fraudulent file access.

3. Data Protection & Non-Sharing Commitment

We implement SSL/TLS encryption, secure JWT token authentication, and strict access controls. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

4. Cookies & Browser Storage

We use essential session tokens (`access_token`, `refresh_token`) and local storage strictly to maintain secure login states, verify security tokens (CSRF protection), and store your preferences.
