Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been violated, please send us an email with the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
Counter-Notification
If you receive a notification that your content has been removed due to a copyright complaint, and you believe that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification via email.
To be effective, the counter-notification must be a written communication that includes your physical or electronic signature, identification of the material that has been removed, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
